Artwork description:

From the series "I am a dreamer" that won an honorable mention at Monovision Photography Awards 2017

A metaphor of life, a metaphor of growth, watching the world with the eyes of a kid contemplating the nature contemplating the future. The desire of play whit dreams .

The kids contemplate the world with the eyes of fantasy imagining characters and identifying in them as they do with life, so a balloon turns into person and is ready to fly, as society wants to grow with the brain in box and sometimes force us to wear masks, and express fears and dreams of growing, discovering the world through personal and creative experience.

I prefer to work with images that are very conceptual. In my photos I often like to portray subjects that are isolated in quiet contemplation with the surrounding landscape, or oppose the idea of freedom and the sense of peace that only the sea and nature can give to the human soul. I try to re-project the same emotions for the viewer. Each of my photographs is unique in itself, since it is always processed out from a very special feeling.
