The Jester is fishing, but for what is left up to the imagination of the viewer.
I like to think he is eavesdropping and catching snippets of conversations, wishful thoughts and dreams.
This piece is part of my Jester series which has evolved from studies of dancers and sportsmen and women. I was particularly interested in the form and structure of the human figure. With the character of the jester I wanted to create more personality and also mischief within the works
