Artist's description:

This piece is my interpretation of Matthew Pitt's short story "Kindest Cut," both pieces are published in this quarter's edition of SmokeLong Quarterly. The writer and I first collaborated together earlier this year in the annual "Art and Words" exhibition in Texas. This piece breaks the story down into almost a veve like symbolism with a focus on symmetry and occultism.

The piece is drawn with Prismacolor colored pencils.
