In this original painting on the theme of tree stumps, the artist instills a breath of poetry with the presence of an elf in the foreground.
The artist was inspired by the story of Tzeentch, the god of random chaos, who took particular pleasure in mutating an elf because elves used to avoid the chaos cup. Elves are often associated with minor deities of nature and fertility.
Techniques: ink, pencil, acrylic and collage. Illustration created on paper 20x30 cm, mounted on thick cream cardboard with a Marie-Louise, 24x30cm.
Ready to frame at your convenience. The work can be sent free of charge with a standard black frame upon request.
Signed JL Lacroix (bottom middle) and titled on the front, with a stamp "JlL" on the back. Certificate of authenticity.
