Artist's description:

Taken from sketches completed when walking in the Himalayas. This large graphite drawing uses distressed paper and mixed media to generate a massive startling image of the mountains. I almost died there trying to cross a wild river. It had a huge impact on me emotionally and drawing these mountains taps me into the vital forces that drive the landscape.
It is deep box framed to allow the paper to keep its three dimensional qualities and its decal edge. The frame is white and a professional quality construction. It would be suitable for a large home or corporate boardroom.

graphite and ink
