Artist's description:

It was amazing watching elephant families as they intermingled amongst each other in the herds in East Africa. The young were always kept close by and protected by mom or older siblings, such as here. This scene of a family going up the steep embankment was unbelievable. Everyone got to the top, except for the smallest. These two brothers turned around and came back to help the baby up when they saw she was struggling. The mother stood by, alongside, watching but letting the youngsters take full control. They all walked off together, baby prancing alongside happily as she went.
