Original artwork description:

This painting came from a visual experience while traveling from Provence to Paris. There were two trains leaving 1 min apart and I boarded the wrong train. Without a correct ticket the conductor would normally have the passenger get off at the next stop but he was kind enough to let me sit on the floor in between cars since I was American and didn’t speak French. My family and I sketched, wrote and played guitar while having a French lunch.

Materials used:

Acrylic
