Artist's description:

On my recent trip earlier this year to Malaysia, I travelled with family to Thailand for a couple of days, staying in the city of Hat Yai, near the border.
While out walking that first evening I came across this Thai restuarant which immeadiately reminded me of Edward Hopper's "Nighthawks" painting.
I returned later that night with my camera, took several reference shots, and on return to England, got to work on my own Thai version of that painting, producing "Hat Yai Nighthawks".
