This is a painting that was painted en plain air in summer of 2021. The day started with sea fret, then the clouds lifted to a lovely sunny day. The tide was rising. Attached are some pictures of the scene and the finished work. The picture still shows some cloud... by the time the picture was finished there was no cloud left!
