A close-up view of Felipe Massa in Jerez at testing in his Ferrari days. In the days when drivers were more visible! No head restraint here.
Massa, nicknamed "The Bulk" was on his way in from testing laps, and focussed on where he was going. Fortunately I remembered to lean back so did not get my lens bashed.
Who'd have thought that only 8 years later this looks like Vintage F1 with all the changes that they've made.
The work is professionally framed in the black stained wood frame with a silver coloured edge. The frame is not glazed to allow light to hit the paint directly showing the layers and the painting marks.
