Original artwork description:
Inspired by Lichtenstein at Tate Modern in 2013, as well as Blake, I have started creating collages, rather than working in gouache. This is No.7 in the first 'Great Expectations' Collection number one.
I find this technique very liberating despite its meticulous and delicate nature. All my collages are hand cut and assembled.
You never know quite what is going to evolve.
The 'New Hotel California' is a zany place, but not so hedonistic that you can't check out.
The tale is up to you!
