Original artwork description:

I started creating collages, following a visit to the Roy Lichtenstein exhibition at the Tate Modern in 2013.
It is liberating to work so differently after years of producing designs in gouache.
Selection of items is dictated by colour, mood, style, scale and perspective.
It is strange how the imagery start to speak for itself - very different from work from an internal concept which evolves through sketches.
Each design has its own particular atmosphere and story to tell.

Materials used:

paper,glue,pen, pencil
