I have deliberately tried to achieve a little weathered effect on the wall to portray her surroundings by leaving few patches of the wall and the wallpaper not burnished completely.
Every print is hand pulled by me, and therefore proudly shows the various marks left from the rough surface of the Lino block, which furthermore give the piece of artwork that unique handmade quality that only Lino prints have. This is all part of the beauty of the medium and why I love Lino printing.
