  Artist's description:

  I really love painting these portraits from life. Especially if I can do it in one session, which is a trick because one 3 hour session only nets about 2 hours of working time outside of model breaks. But really, it's a rush when everything goes right and the piece comes together, and in this piece things did come together, and that's a great feeling!
