Divinity reveals itself in various beautiful ways i suppose . To encourage those who are sitting in darkness ,to show the forthcoming peace and promise ,I wish to touch their hearts and reveal this message .In the moments of greatest despair will come that beautiful light ! Amidst all outside chaos ,remember you can always reach a place inside you where there is endless peace .
Technically ,this work has been done in layers of paint,glazes ,oils and turpentine over a period of months . In my simplest composition ,there is a wealth of arresting details .The painting reveals itself more and more with each view .I have put in a bit of textures ,some a bit dark ,crossing the canvas vertically .And it is while walking the dark valley , that your eyes suddenly travel to a beautiful glow emanating right from the centre of darkness It is extremely difficult to photograph the work as the colours keep changing under different light . It seems to be pink and magenta in the mornings while the reds and the maroons take over in the evenings .
