Original artwork description:

Walking in Glasgow, the iconic Wellington statue with the traffic cone on its head impressed me. For me, this statue means freedom for people and art: the people of the city have set aside the seriousness of so many countries with national grandeur and pride, and legalized humor and artistic freedom as befits even a glorious statue of a former prime minister.

In recent years, I have used OSB as a basis. By retracting the paint layers, I use the texture of the veneer as part of my compositions to create a unique rustic industrial atmosphere. Due to the OSB board, these works of art are very stable but heavy. This is recycled art.
The painting is made with self-made paint, which basically consists of pigments and beeswax. Does not contain oil or other paints.
The procedure itself dates back to antiquity and has been known for thousands of years. Only a few artists around the world work with wax on their own.

This work will be delivered with Care Instruction of my encaustic paintings and a signed certificate of authenticity. Carefully packaged and tracked shipping. I ship this works in cardboard boxes careful wrapped in bubble foil and protect the painting with cardboard.
If you like my paintings you can have a piece of art for your beloved place.
