Artist's description:

THE greatest racehorse of all time, FRANKEL, won 14 out of 14 races, inspired by the documentary the "racehorse and the trainer" the story of Frankel and sir Henry Cecil.
Frankel had a gait( a stride) a full 12", a whole foot, longer than any other race horse!
This painting is of Frankel and his jockey, Tom Queally, who said it was simply a joy to be aboard him at full tilt, a commentator once said to Frankie dettorie "isn't he a beautiful horse?" to which Frankie replied " I don't know I've only ever seen his butt!"

deliberately painted with a wash out background so as not to distract from the fine lines of this marvel at full tilt!
I can frame this if required at no extra cost, just message me.

Materials used:

canvas board, oil paint

Frankel, tom queally up (2016)
