Original artwork description:
The artwork was published now in the international 1340art magazine 2019//Q2, Page 17. When traveling through Costa Rica and walking trough the garden I got the inspiration to create an artwork devoted to the Beetle Hercules. The wood I used is walnut, handmade from one piece. This wood species is not listed in CITES or ICUN Red List of Threatened Species. Weight 800 gr. The finishing is with oil and wax.
