A large, drifting field full of gorgeous wild flowers: cow parsley, wild carrot, laceflowers nodding and tilting in the breezy sun. Spring. I build up layer upon layer of strokes and dots, mini splodges and lines to portray the light and stems, the soft white flowers and the infinite changes of colour amongst the thousands of flowers. My gruff engineer friend Chris says "I could look at that all day mate..."
