"There are no straight lines in nature" - I read that somewhere - My style of painting is loose and lively and sometimes I feel my images don't want to be retained by square or rectangular frames - for this little fantasy charmer I curved the sides - I don't really know what to call this shape - but I like it! -
I painted this encaustic painting with molten, pigmented beeswax medium on cherry plywood,
it is ready to hang or would look lovely displayed on a table easel - luminous colors embellished with gold leaf - let your eyes take you for a walk - enjoy!
12x12in and an acrylic finish has been applied to protect against dust, scratches and UV -
