View of a slough in the Florida Everglades. A slough is a slow moving body of water. Marjory Stoneman Douglas, a very influential Everglades Advocate in the forties and later, called it a River of grass

No preset digital filters were used for this image. Everything is completely done manually by manipulation of the individual colors bandwidths, local exposure and contrast. This cannot be repeated in exactly the same way and makes the image truly unique.
