Original artwork description:
I have made a few sculptures on the Viking theme and this idea came to me while I was searching for viking signs and their meanings, I encased a hard covered book in Brass Cold Cast and mounted it on a Granite base. On the front cover I Cold Cast two Viking Rune symbols.
The top symbol is Jera: depicting, Year, Change, Cycle, Reward.
The bottom symbol is Othala: Goodness, Homeland, Stability.
