Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

Javan Rhinos are the most threatened of the five rhino species, with 60 individuals surviving in Indonesia. This has grown since 2011 when there were only 35 in the world. These animals are poached for their horns for use in medicines so i’ve tried to convey the animals vulnerability by the placement of my colour.
