Original artwork description:

Here in the North Carolina mountains, we have a long winter season. It's not unusual for the first snowfall to occur in October and I've seen it snow as late as May. We all get a little stir-crazy and dream of warmer days.

I love cardinals and bluebirds! This pretty cardinal is perched on a tree branch looking at the gray, snowy horizon and dreaming of spring.

Part of my latest collection called "Dreaming of Spring".
This is a small acrylic on canvas (6"x 6") perfect for a small space or display on a mini easel
Sides are painted blue/gray

Materials used:

Acrylic
