Artist's description:

My affinity for Dali, Escher, Magritte and others drew me to create this illustrative-style of surrealism. The goal of the series is to create a dreamlike state as the viewer continues to look deeper into each piece. There are things the viewer will see as a whole; there are things that require close examination. In some Native American cultures, a dreamcatcher is given to change a person's dreams. Only good dreams would be allowed to filter through... Bad dreams would stay in the web, disappearing with the light of day. From a "web" of intersecting lines based on the "Golden Rectangle", each piece contains objects and symbols that are positioned so as to draw the eye in many directions. The pieces are less about how I interpret them, but what the person viewing it sees.
