It is stretched and framed but I can send only the canvas rolled in tube due to heavy shipping cost on account of volumetric weight calculations.

Shipping rates given are approximate for India Post's Premium Express Mail Service- International, with end to end tracking. Delivers in 4 to 10 business days against signature, depending on the location. Any excess postage paid by the buyer, over the actuals, will be refunded even if it is as low as USD1

If you prefer economical shipping , I can use signed for International Registered Air-Mail with a tracking number, at lesser rates- depending on the location, international delivery takes 10 to 21 business days. But some countries do not provide tracking updates after the shipment leaves India.
