Artist's description:

Living in south Devon, we are really lucky to be able to visit wonderful beaches regularly, and part of the joy of going to the beach is that moment in the journey where you first glimpse the sea. I love the shapes of trees bent over by coastal winds, and it's also a clue that you are getting close, there's salt in the air. I spied this particular tree on the way to Beesands beach, late in the spring this year.
