Original artwork description:

'Down to Earth' is a coloured pencil drawing on Strathmore 400 series paper, depicting a young giraffe calf at rest. It is an unusual pose and composition for a giraffe painting but one which I feel is more interesting. Measuring approximately 17 x 11 inches it is presented in an antique white mount within a rich yew frame with gilt sight edge to a total size of approximately 24 x 18 inches, ready to hang. In my opinion the frame is an excellent match for the tones and colouring in this piece. A charming picture that would suit any room in the house.
