Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

This Study recreates the dropping of Bombs during Blitz over London, UK during World War II (1939-1945) by Germany. This is an aerial view as seen though the circular target sights of the Bombsights within the Aircraft. This has been created by dropping 'Drops' of small amounts of paint and spinning 'Spins' on a revolving table. By 'Spins' the paint is pushed to the outer edges and leaves a trail of destruction, just like the trail of destruction left by shanknal after the dropping of the Bombs.
