Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

This is an initial study of the Blitz of Westminster in London during the World War II (1943-1945). It contains a map of Westminster with the Bomb locations, indicated by small circles, with the River Thames, and this has been superimposed with a Iconic War figure of former Prime Minster Sir Winston Churchill (1874-1965). Sir Winston Churchill was a British statesman who was the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1940 to 1945 and again from 1951 to 1955. The locations have been joined up in dot-to-dot technique, similar to the other work in this series, to reveal a hidden figure of Sir Winston Churchill with his iconic British Bowler Hat and Cigar. Sir Winston Churchill was also a part-time Artist in his spare time and exhibited at the Royal Academy of London.
