Artist's description:

Oil painting of Dartmoor, evoking the bleak, windswept horizons on top of the moor line. The accent of red sweeping across the picture is a reference to Constables use of red to draw the eye in, it is also a direct reference to the ancient reeve lines scored into the landscape that exist on Dartmoor itself.

Materials used:

oil, charcoal and pencil on paper.
