My feeling is that, today, the erotic is too often confused with pornography, and too many people think all pornography is erotic. That is a puerile assessment; and all too often the term 'erotic art' is used with derision. Admittedly, somewhere there must be a common border. I was challenged to demonstrate that there can be a definite border. It is now for the viewer to decide on which side of that border this work, which also contains elements of fetish, falls.
The work has been created on heavyweight, fine art, etching paper, designed so as to have overtones of old newsprint.
