The first stage of the painting involved applying a watercolour wash. Once dried the dandelion clocks were painted without any preliminary sketches. The next stage involved adding considered marks to balance the overall composition. Small amount of iridescent watercolour paint has been used too which gives a subtle sheen in places. I used my own photo references for this artwork.
Artwork is unframed leaving the buyer the option to customise with their own choice.
