A striking cubist-inspired oil painting depicting two stylized figures sharing a quiet ritual — one pouring water into a cup held by the other, their forms rendered in flattened planes of cream, black, and lavender-blue. A sunflower and small still-life details punctuate the muted, geometric backdrop, adding warmth to the composition. Bold contour lines and simplified anatomy give the figures a sculptural, timeless quality, evoking themes of hospitality, connection, and quiet ceremony. Balanced color blocking and expressive form fuse modernist abstraction with intimate human gesture.
