Artist's description:

The architecture and structure of a plant fascinates me, especially one found in the Cornish hedgerow such as Cowparsley. Although I appreciate gorgeous, colourful big blooms I am drawn to the unusual plants, even 'weeds'. This is my interpretaion of Cowparsley that has finished flowering and is going to seed. This is a delicate watercolour that illustrates the fragility of the plant but also it's beauty found in it's dying form.
I have painted this with artist quality Daniel Smith watercolours on Bockingford paper.
The image is 40cm x 32cm
