I love this country of England.... its cathedrals and cliffs, apple blossom and lush rolling hills, village fetes and cups of tea. This little two-in-one artwork picks up on just a tiny aspect of my lifelong admiration for all its flavours, showing a mellow church portal in Cotswold stone on one side and the heavenly cliffs of Trevone Bay in Cornwall on the other.
The two pieces are worked in gouache and coloured pencil and mounted together in one frame under glass.
