Artist's description:

The confluence of two of America's great rivers, the Mississippi and Missouri, is a mystical place and one of my favorite places to visit. For thousands of years Native Americans have lived, hunted and cultivated crops here. Some of the trees lining it's banks were mere saplings when Lewis & Clark (1803) passed by on their journey searching for a northwest passage to the Pacific Coast. I'm standing at the very point where the rivers join when I experienced this Summer Confluence Sunset.

Just north of St Louis, I come here as often as I can to soak in the good Karma of the confluence.
