Artwork description:
I was inspired for this piece by stained glass windows and chocolate. I made this piece by carefully inking each 'sweet' separately so each print might have slightly different colours. It has a good spacial quality and the colours evoke a childhood happiness.
This print was recently picked for the National Printmaking Exhibition in London.
My prints are backed with mount board and wrapped in cellophane to protect it before framing.
Materials used:
Photopolymer etching, relief and monoprint on 300g somerset.
