Original artwork description:

A relief panel in Papier mâché on wood. The panel shows a busy pedestrian crossing in New York with a variety of people crossing and cars and yellow cabs in the background. There are about 20 figures in the picture all sculpted in Papier mâché clay. No paint has been used at all. All colour and detail has been achieved using coloured tissue paper.
The panel can be displayed on an easel or propped up. There are no fixings for hangings, but these could easily be added.
This is a unique piece of relief sculpture which was fun to make and, I hope, conveys the noise and bustle of that exciting, vibrant city.
Signed and dated on the back.
