Artist's description:

From my project "Lucus". This photograph was taken in a beech forest during a severe snowstorm. Nature could be tough, but trees are the toughest living beings, so when the Going Gets Tough, the Tough Get Going!

I’m a great lover of forests and trees. I think that a tree is a perfect natural shape, harmonious and strong. So was inhevitable for me to dedicated myself in a project like "Lucus" (sacred woods in Latin), many years ago. The project changed many times. It’s not an end project, I suppose that It will never end at all.
My project aims to explore, thanks to photography, forests not only as a natural environment, but also as places where is deposited and secured our imagination, the place of the sublime and the beauty, the perfect harmony between culture, history and nature.
