Original artwork description:

A Scottish mountain landscape study inspired by the rugged unusual conical shaped hills of Coigach, Wester Ross in the far north west highlands of Scotland.
In this small landscape painting I have tried to portray the ever changing weather and light of these remote wild heather moorlands, interspersed with small rocky knolls and small lakes or lochs, referred to geologically as "lochan and cnocan" scenery.
Painted in an impressionistic with an atmospheric cloudy sky in muted autumnal colours of greys and brown ochres.
Painted in a contemporary gestural style with a palette knife

Painted using quality artists oils on a small square format 8" x 8" (20 x 20cm) canvas, with a gloss varnish finish and white wooden frame with cord ready to hang.

Will require a signature on delivery.
