A highly textured map of coastal north county San Diego with textured reefs. (revised 10/2015)
I created this piece with heavy textures covered in poured paint and brushed-on glazes. The land has many layers and the top layer is composed of oxidized metallic paint. The ocean is finished in a gloss varnish and the land is finished in matte.
