One of an on-going series of works exploring the theme of surveillance and control, inspired by RFID micro-chips, used for tracking merchandise and consumer behaviour. This one refers to security around Buckingham Palace - the Manhole covers (heavy, embossed cast iron covers for underground water/service pipes) which have to be checked for safety.
