Painted on reclaimed wood 'Clara and the Bird' is an acrylic painting measuring 9 cm x 60 cm. Layers of acrylic paint and glaze are built up rubbing back to reveal the natural grain of the wood. The sides are unpainted exposing the raw beauty of the wood.
Clara is varnished for protection and keeping the wood clean.
