Original artwork description:

I love Chinatown and the clatter of noises and smells, tourists and Londoners. As long as you've been tipped off on a good restaurant you'll have a great night. I wanted to capture the business of an evening in town with the gorgeous red lanterns contrasting against the twilight evening. I have used the red to lead the composition of this piece and, as is often the case, I can't resist the deep blue of a setting sky.
This painting is currently unframed although I would happily arrange framing if desired.

Materials used:

Oil paint on linen canvas
