Artist's description:

River Li ..... Li Yang ... brings a gush of memories of the people I knew and worked with Li Lo Gong was the Picasso of China and had studied in Japan under a master who had studied with Matisse and Vlamick in Paris.
Mr Camel was Gongs artist name ...... I loved these artists dearly.
I promised Li I would produce an exhibit in London and I did in 1990. Showing 12 artists and myself : called Celebrations, it was seen in the London Borough of Greenwich. This was Chinese New Year 1990 : Year of Horse.

The landscape was glorious and steps to environmental protection were already in place.
