Artist's description:

"A toast to the enduring beauty of the female form."

Dominic Rouse's classically surreal nude 'Chimera Obscura' made in 1997 - a subtle blending of a beautiful young nude figure with a cocktail glass.

Each print is meticulously crafted to the artist's exacting specifications using Fuji's beautiful Crystal Archive Matt paper in a professional printing lab.

This edition is limited to 250 prints supplied with an embossed Certificate of Print Authenticity.
Prints are hand signed, numbered and stamped and the title and copyright details are printed in the lower left corner.

Prints ship from Thailand rolled in a sturdy 'crush-proof' PVC tube.

'Chimera Obscura' is also available as a 24" x 20" Toned Silver Gelatin Print in an edition of eight.

Materials used:

A perverse imagination, several large gin & tonics, one slim young female, one cocktail glass (empty), one Bronica SQA, two rolls of Fuji 64T, a computer, a piece of photographic paper, light, silver, impeccable craftsmanship, blood, sweat and tears.
