Artist's description:

Pembrokeshire in South West Wales. A landscape that i love to visit. I love its wild rugged coast, high cliffs, secluded coves and chasms. Undeveloped and a quiet peaceful place to be, specially before and after summer. The wind, the sea , the weather, the flora on the cliffs constantly changing. A fresh and a inspiring place to be.
This painting i wanted to capture the movement i.e the wind moving across the grass. The shapes of the shadows inside the chasm. I wanted to portray the rawness of these cliffs and our remaining british wildness we have left. This is painted within a series which you will find under "chasm" in my artfinder shop.

Materials used:

Oil paint

Chasm, SW Wales (2016)
