Artist's description:

This digitized-painted image of my great-aunt Celia Gonzalez-Gutierrez (1916-2004) dressed in traditional wardrobe from the state of Puebla c. 1935, was taken shortly after she married her budding photographer husband, Samuel Gutierrez (1906-1958). I wanted to have some fun and decided to paint it digitally and do a very limited edition series in color and the result is this-voila! Of course you can order your print black and white as per the original.
