Anyone who has ever been owned by a cat, will recognise this situation very well. The cats are snoozing on the best, and cosiest chair in the house, and nothing will move them- not even a cheeky mouse.
This was a scene first drawn by me in pencil on paper. I have flipped the image traced it onto some lino have carved away all the white areas, inked up the black areas, and hand burnished (printed) this print.
The ink used is artist quality archival ink, and it has been printed onto Japanese Hos-ho paper, by hand in the traditional way.
The print is mounted in a white mount board with a black core which sets it off wonderfully. It is sealed in a cellophane envelope, ready to give as gift or to pop into a frame. Each print is posted in cardboard envelope.
The mounts fit a standard 12" x 10" frame. The image size is 8" by 6" approximately.
All are signed and dated by the artist. This print is a limited edition of 15.
